If you are pre-launch, we suggest you call us as soon as possible. We can assist you by advising on suitable fund structures and can introduce you to other professional service providers if required. We also like to review the Offering Documents to ensure they are compliant with BVI law (if applicable) and if they are practical to administer. Inadvertent errors in these documents can cause enormous issues post-launch!
